What's included?
The activity, all materials, a host and a simple table setting. No event decoration. We put the money into the experience.
How do I book?
50% deposit locks your date. The rest is due 3 days before.
Cancelling or moving the date?
Full refund if you cancel 3+ weeks before, since we buy materials 2 weeks ahead. One free reschedule with 7+ days' notice.
When do I confirm numbers?
7 days before. We bill that headcount, since materials are bought for it.
Small group?
Groups under 5 pax have a RM 80 small group fee to cover travel and set-up. From 5 pax, no fee.
What do you need from our venue?
Tables, chairs, and access 45 minutes before we start.
